Jolene McCullough

Jolene is an experienced programme manager and coach, who has led the operational management of i-coach academy’s academic education programmes since 2008 both in the UK and previously in South Africa.

She is responsible for the quality assurance of the assessment processes within i-coach academy and has designed processes to enhance and improve the assessment centres for Practitioner, Senior Practitioner and Master Practitioner level education programmes.

Prior to joining i-coach academy, Jolene worked within an international consultancy focusing on the educational sector. During this time she assessed future head teachers looking to fast track to headship with ARK (Absolute Return for Kids), managed the redesign of the Leadership Development Programme for Serving Head teachers with the NCSL (National College for School Leadership now known as the National College for Teaching and Leadership) and worked along side schools to help them develop staff in government required initiatives as well as personal development.

As a coach Jolene offers an affirming approach which encourages clients to achieve their aims. She is skilled at putting clients at their ease, ensuring a safe, open environment for clients to explore their concerns.

Jolene has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, University of Surrey, Certificate in Coaching Practice at EMCC EQA Senior Practitioner level from i-coach academy and is accredited in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) 360 degree feedback.
