Hugh Moss

With over 10 years’ experience as an executive coach and team developer, Hugh brings a passion for evolutionary leadership and a love of working collaboratively with senior executives to energise their leadership and business performance.

In a supportive, and occasionally challenging relationship, clients are encouraged in a pragmatic process of self-discovery in which they experience deep awareness and breakthrough, often in self-limiting thinking. Practical application of these insights leads to increasingly inspiring engagement and development of the teams they lead to ‘partner’ with their client organisations and to create sustainable, transformational value, on purpose.

A thorough understanding of the psychotherapeutic underpinnings of coaching, his approach is informed by the principles of Gestalt, Psychosynthesis and healthy systems inquiry. Hugh works appreciatively with strengths to create success from the inside-out and future-back, aligning values, purpose and vision with business focused outcomes. Conscious leadership development themes include; personal eminence, resilience, negotiation and influencing stakeholder relationships, developmental delegation, and performance management. His approach draws on leadership and systemic team dynamics; clarity and alignment of values, purpose and vision; leveraging cultural difference; full cycle energy management for resilience, wellbeing and performance; NLP Techniques; Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal communication skills using Rosenberg’s Non Violent Communication.
