She partners individuals and groups who want to bring more consciousness and choice into their professional and personal lives in the interests of sustainable high performance. She supports experienced and new coaches, OD and HR professionals to grow their presence, increase their confidence and trust their creativity. She builds a strong reflective space with her supervisees based on solid relational presence to enable and deepen their reflective practice and their growth.

As a coach, she draws on her deep theoretical and practical understanding of leadership, human behaviour, change, and team dynamics to invite her clients to generate insights about what is and what they want going forward, leading to a new way of thinking and behaving. She builds strong relationships with her clients based on openness, trust, and confidentiality. The latest research informs her approach to human development and growth.

Eva comes alongside clients and offers her warm presence, deep listening and her willingness to challenge non-judgementally. She creates a tailored working contract, focusing on behaviours, the mindsets and beliefs that drive them, and the broader organisational context. She helps clients to identify ways in which they can be effective as individuals and within teams. Such a comprehensive approach accelerates her client’s capacity to tap into their full potential to deliver results and bring sustainable change.

She also brings over 25 years of business experience. Before coaching, she had an international HR management career in blue-chip companies across the Pharmaceutical, Banking and FMCG sectors. As an HR Partner, she was recognised for her leadership expertise and proven track record in developing authentic leadership, building sustainable, high performing teams and a diverse talent pipeline.
