Claire Hyde

Claire has over 20 year’s experience working within generalist, talent and development roles and is passionate about seeing people grow and develop. She works with individuals and groups to increase learning and develop self-awareness which results in higher productivity and performance. Claire also works with clients focusing on career development and shifting priorities.
Her coaching adopts a cognitive behavioural approach exploring self-limiting beliefs and changing patterns of behaviour, which consequently change the outcome for the individual. Within Claire’s coaching there is often the use of tools, for example with the use of Hogan’s to help increase the individual’s self-awareness and understanding.
She has previously supported employees in Senior Management roles and delegates who attend leadership programmes providing 1:1 coaching and supporting triad developmental sessions. These sessions enable learning through gaining an increase in self-awareness and the understanding of previous patterns of behaviour which can then build on confidence and positive self-belief that result in and lead to new behaviours.
Her career to date has been within the luxury retail, hospitality, higher education and utility sectors and her expertise is within HR and Development. Her current role is Head of HR focusing on transformation.
Claire completed the i-coach Academy programme at Senior Practitioner and works as a coach both within and outside her current organisation.
