In her most recent role, she partnered the CEO and senior leadership to support the growth of a successful business characterised by strong performance, disciplined cost management, a healthy governance culture, and consistently high levels of employee engagement and retention.
Yulia is an experienced executive coach, mentor, and senior HR professional. She holds Advanced Practitioner accreditation with the EMCC through i-coach Academy, is trained in Systemic Leadership Coaching, including constellations-based approaches, and holds an International Systemic Team Coaching certificate. She also holds a degree in Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication from Moscow State Linguistic University.
