Sandeep Johal

Sandeep works with senior leaders navigating greater complexity, visibility, and responsibility, often at the point where what got them here no longer feels enough for what’s next. She supports leaders to step into bigger leadership with confidence, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and build high-performing teams, with a clear vision and aligned to personal values and business objectives.

Her work brings together the external and internal demands of leadership. She partners with clients to examine the patterns, beliefs, and inner narratives that have shaped their success, while challenging those that now limit clarity, confidence, or ambition. This includes working through anxiety, self-doubt, blind spots, and limiting scripts, helping leaders cultivate personal power, a stronger sense of belonging, and the capacity to think and act with greater intention in high-stakes environments.

Blending executive and therapeutic coaching, Sandeep draws on neuroscience, systems thinking, somatic practices, and CBT. She specialises in working with leaders at inflection points, stepping into bigger roles, navigating transitions, or leading through ambiguity and pressure. Her coaching balances challenge with support, strengthening executive presence, decision-making, and team effectiveness, while enabling more sustainable, authentic leadership. She works with senior leaders and high-potential talent across global, cross-industry organisations, and facilitates group coaching, leadership programmes, and retreats.

Sandeep has 15+ years’ global leadership and consulting experience, including Director at Deloitte. MSc Organisational Psychology (City University, London) and Advanced PG Diploma in Integrative Counselling Psychology. Associate Accredited Coach (ICF); member of the British Psychological Society and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
