Olivier is an executive and systemic team coach who supports senior leaders navigating complexity, transition and growth. Drawing on over 25 years of international leadership and organisational experience, he creates a reflective yet appropriately challenging space where leaders gain clarity, strengthen trust and translate insight into meaningful impact.
He believes leadership development begins with deeper awareness – understanding how a leader’s thinking, behaviour and relationships influence the wider system. His role is to help leaders step back from immediate pressures, think clearly and make more intentional choices about how they lead. Combining careful listening with thoughtful challenge, he helps leaders build trust, foster engagement and convert insight into sustainable performance. His coaching integrates systemic thinking with practical business understanding, working with individuals, leadership teams and groups to strengthen clarity, competence and confidence, as well as the organisational climate leaders create.
Influenced by systemic coaching, Clean Coaching and Clean Space, Olivier creates a focused thinking environment in which clients generate their own insights. By paying close attention to language, assumptions and patterns of interaction, he supports leaders to surface new perspectives and embed meaningful behavioural change.
Olivier primarily works with senior leaders and executive teams in multinational organisations operating in complex global environments. He often supports leaders stepping into broader roles, teams rebuilding trust and alignment, and global leaders working across cultures and stakeholder systems.
His clients span sectors including financial services, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and education. Organisations he has worked with include Belmond (LVMH), Barclays, BNP Paribas, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, GE Healthcare, Givaudan, Kaplan, Société Générale, Sony, Technip Energies, TechnipFMC, Teleflex and WaterAid.
Olivier brings over 25 years of international leadership, consulting and coaching experience. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational and commercial leadership roles, including CEO and COO positions, giving him first-hand understanding of the pressures leaders face. He holds an MBA with Distinction from HEC Paris and a degree in European Management Science from the University of Kent. He is a qualified executive and systemic team coach trained at the LKB School of Coaching in Paris and is accredited in psychometric tools including MBTI, DiSC, Process Communication and Insights Discovery.
