Kathryn has 10,000+ coaching hours and been a Professional Credentialed Coach since 2009. She has many accreditations: Resilience Coach, Coach Supervisor, Transformational Presence Coach, Marshall Goldsmith SCC and Team Coach, Meta Team Coach and John Mattone Master Coach. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and in 2025 completed the ADDCA Advance ADHD Coach Training and has over 300 hours of coaching clients with ADHD.
She is certified in a range of tools including Lumina Spark, MBTI, TKI, Prophet profiling, GLA 360, Meta Team. She is a Fellow of the RSA, member of the IOD and an Accredited Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA).
She is the co-creator with Alan Arnett of Resourceful ConversationsTM and FrameshiftingTM.
