Kathryn Pope

A hugely experienced and well-known international executive coach with a strong commercial background in marketing and communications, Kathryn works with individuals at the board of directors, C-suite, executive and senior management levels, and their teams, to co-create, develop, lead and deliver their corporate strategies.

A provocative thought partner, Kathryn is endlessly curious, reflective and listens deeply. She encourages, supports and enables leaders to access their deeper wisdom and skills for the benefit of the business. Intuitive, agile and yet sensible and pragmatic, she challenges leaders to stretch beyond their limiting beliefs and inspire themselves and others to go beyond their expectations and step into an emergent commercial space.

Kathryn has a proven track record of supporting individuals to deliver effectively for the benefit of all their stakeholders, especially their customers, staff and shareholders and maximise strategic sustainable value.

Kathryn has a BA (Hons) History and has been a Professional Credentialed Coach (since 2009) with 10,000+ hours. She is an Accredited Coach Supervisor (since 2010), as well as holding accreditations as a Transformational Presence Coach, a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centre Coach and Team Coach, a Resilience Coach as well as a NLP Master Practitioner. Kathryn has a Health Certification and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

She holds BPS Competence in Occupational Testing (Level B Intermediate Plus) and is certified in a range of tools including MBTI, Belbin, TKI, Prism, Prophet profiling, GLA 360, Lumina Spark. Kathryn has completed the Strozzi Institute – Leadership in Action1. She is a Fellow of the RSA, member of the IOD and an Accredited Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as the Coaching Supervison Academy International.

A volunteer leader for over 10 years with the global coaching professional body, the International Coach Federation (ICF) Kathryn helped drive the growth of the coaching profession in the UK, EMEA and globally. She has travelled the world speaking, training, advocating and supporting the development of the coaching profession, and currently sits on the editorial board of Coaching at Work Magazine

Kathryn is a regular speaker at Industry events on coaching, coach supervision, transformational leadership, projection, presence, entrepreneurship, team building, conflict and developing resilience. She also has an interest in, and understanding of, Neurodiversity having experience working with leaders with ADHD, ADD and ASD.
