Jo Manton

Jo enables senior leaders to explore, practise and master the behaviours that enable them to be more effective. She equips them with the skills to embrace their leadership challenges in a real and tangible way. Her approach is practical, collaborative and outcome‑oriented.

Jo believes that people change when they feel heard and understood, when they pay attention to what is really happening in the moment and when they feel supported to experiment with new ways of being. She sees change as an embodied process, where awareness creates choice and choice enables new behaviours. Her work helps clients connect insight with action so that shifts become sustainable rather than short‑lived.

Her approach is integrative – meaning she combines evidence‑based techniques and methodologies to support leaders to navigate their own unique context, patterns and goals. To do this, Jo takes a relational stance and draws on somatics, solutions‑focused psychology, and transactional analysis, creating a grounded and reflective space for meaningful change.

Jo works primarily with senior leaders and culturally diverse teams across industries including financial services, energy, insurance, technology, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Her clients have included: Siemens, BBC, First Intuition, Kyocera, Terex, Weatherby’s.

A Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge® and Certified LPI Coach®, Jo holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Skills and is a Certified Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute®. She also holds a Diploma in Team Coaching and is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools.
