Jeremy Keeley

Jeremy is an experienced executive and team coach who combines deep psychological insight with a practical, results-focused approach. He supports senior leaders and teams to lead collaboratively, navigate complex change, and build resilience across their organisations.

He is passionate about creating the conditions for leaders to think clearly, act with integrity, and lead effectively in complex environments. His work focuses on building self-sufficiency, confidence and resilience—enabling clients to address immediate challenges while developing the capacity to coach themselves and others. He emphasises self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in constructive, often challenging conversations that drive meaningful change.

Jeremy’s approach is empathetic, collaborative and thought-provoking, drawing on systems thinking, group dynamics and experiential learning. He works with clients to clarify thinking, strengthen leadership impact, lead through uncertainty and organisational change, and foster more collaborative ways of working. His coaching often takes place in the context of major transformation, newly formed teams and global, cross-cultural environments, where he brings a pragmatic focus alongside deep attention to human dynamics.

He works with senior leaders, executive teams and high-potential talent across sectors including global corporates, FTSE 100 organisations, public services, charities and education, often supporting diverse international teams.

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience supporting leaders globally. A former finance leader and Fellow of CIMA, he previously worked with KPMG before establishing his independent practice in 1995. He is accredited with the Association of Coaches and has trained with the Tavistock Institute and the Møller Institute, Cambridge, where he contributes as faculty. He also works with IMD Business School, Imperial College and Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

He has coached over 800 individuals and more than 200 teams across around 160 organisations worldwide, with extensive experience in leadership development, change, coaching, conflict, emotional intelligence and intercultural collaboration.
