Jane Eames

Jane partners with executives and team leaders to deepen their self-awareness and understanding of the impact they have, both real and perceived, on those around them. Specialising in communication and performance, she is known for her pragmatic coaching style, quickly building empathy and trust to enable open, honest and productive conversations.

With a natural curiosity about how people experience and respond to the world around them, Jane believes effective coaching starts with a clear understanding of who each client is as a person and what they want to achieve. From this foundation, she supports clients in exploring links between their behaviours and the results they are currently getting, so they can more clearly identify the shifts needed to make meaningful progress.

Jane creates space for her clients to reflect on the quality of their thinking about issues and decisions that matter most, and to consider how their communication is likely to influence how others respond. When working with teams, she takes a systemic approach to enhance collective performance and support more effective collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

Jane works with senior leaders across a wide range of sectors, including professional services, insurance, energy, science and technology, print and television media, public health and the non-profit sector. Her clients include KPMG, Swiss Re, E.ON UK, News UK, Barratt Redrow, NPL, Save the Children and the United Nations.

Jane is accredited by the EMCC as an executive and team coach practitioner, and she holds a Level 7 qualification in executive coaching from the ILM. She is a certified Conversational Intelligence® Enhanced Skills coach and accredited in DISC and Hogan assessments. Her background is in the television industry, where she led diverse teams to produce and direct documentaries and current affairs programmes internationally.
