James is an Executive Coach and HR Director with nearly 25 years’ experience supporting CEOs, founders and senior leaders across Technology, Life Sciences, Media, Data and Professional Services. He blends deep organisational experience with a calm, reflective coaching style that helps leaders navigate complexity, transition and high‑stakes decision‑making.
James believes that strong leadership is rooted in self‑awareness. James has held senior leadership roles in global corporates, scale‑ups and start‑ups including WPP, Ford, Citi, Sodexo, Barclays, Cazoo, Digital Catapult and ISG. He holds an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management.
He is EMCC Senior Practitioner‑trained (i‑coach Academy), a CIPD Fellow, a trained mediator, and an active member of both the EMCC and ICF. His practice is underpinned by regular professional supervision.
