“Hugh’s gentle challenges enabled me to see new angles, strengthen trust and connections with my team and clients and find renewed, self-confidence in my decision making.”
“This has been career transformational and I would thoroughly recommend Hugh. You always feel a deep trust as he supports you work through issues, challenges and encourages you to celebrate strengths and successes. While he brings a lightness of touch and sense of fun, he will usefully challenge and not let you off the hook. You would be wasting precious time, yours and his, if you approached the coaching half-hearted.”
“I am very pleased with the way we now interact as a team - your role was crucial. From real life, you know your stuff very well. A genuine person who walks the talk. You approached us with genuine interest and curiosity, noticing the often unnoticed, and confronting what you see. Your feedback is positive, with a sharp edge when appropriate and useful”
“Hugh guided me to identify core challenges and co-create my best solutions. The greatest value was a breakthrough with my lead partner which still positively impacts the entire department.”
“If you really want to go beyond yourself and explore parts of yourself that you don’t even know about then Hugh is the right person for doing that and for improving your life.”
“Hugh brings the experience, tools and a very structured way to get to the core ground of your challenges and guide you to find your own best solutions.”
“Through communication we enforced our internal cooperation and mutual trust, we enhanced relationships on client’s side and as a tangible result, we increased our fees by 4million Euro!”
“Coaching provided time to think in ways that surprised and delighted me. Hugh challenged and supported me to put insights into practice - essential in navigating challenging environments. A key habit is making and taking leadership time to reflect, refresh and recalibrate perspectives, and to plan and prepare for significant meetings. I manage energy more intentionally, my presence has improved and I now flex my leadership style from a stronger sense of self.”
