Francesca Talevi

Francesca is a Master Accredited Executive Coach with extensive international experience supporting senior leaders through organisational change, personal development and burnout recovery. She combines deep consulting expertise with a pragmatic, empathetic approach to strengthen leadership capability and sustainable performance.

Francesca believes that effective leadership development begins with self-awareness and the capacity to engage authentically with others. She works in partnership with clients to create the conditions for meaningful reflection, helping leaders navigate complexity, build resilience and lead with clarity and purpose. Her coaching focuses on supporting individuals to grow in their roles, manage transition and strengthen relationships, ultimately enabling more sustainable performance for both leaders and their organisations.

Francesca brings a balance of pragmatism, empathy and constructive challenge to her coaching. Drawing on her background in organisational development, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation, she supports clients in building self-awareness, strengthening relational capability and translating insight into action. She works across individual and group settings and integrates systemic coaching approaches where appropriate. Her work often supports leaders in career transition, role development and navigating organisational change, enabling them to build confidence, capability and more effective ways of working.

She works with senior leaders and executives across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, education and professional services. Her clients include organisations such as ING Bank, Nestlé, Diageo, ANZ, Macquarie and Sydney Water, alongside public and not-for-profit organisations including local government bodies and educational institutions. She has extensive experience working across international contexts and diverse organisational cultures.

With over two decades of experience in leadership, organisational development and executive coaching. Francesca has held senior internal roles including Director of Organisational Development, Director of Talent Management and Head of Culture and Engagement, as well as working as both an internal and external consultant across the UK and Australia.

She has worked with organisations on leadership development, culture change, strategy and large-scale engagement initiatives, and has partnered with organisations including FBG Group, Symmetra and Melbourne Business School.

Francesca is a Master Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools including MBTI, Hogan, Leadership Circle, MTQ and MRG 360. She is also certified in systemic coaching approaches such as Constellations and has specialist training in burnout coaching.
