Rachel Ellison is a former BBC news reporter and international development aid director. Broadcasting to audiences of 400m in 120 countries, Rachel’s first leadership position was in a Category 1 warzone. Her team won BBC Team of the Year. Rachel was awarded an MBE for ‘the promotion of human rights and women’s self-empowerment in Afghanistan.’

She holds a PhD (honoris causa) in Global Leadership & Coaching from Middlesex University, an MA in Mastery in Executive Coaching and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. Rachel is a guest lecturer at Birkbeck University of London, and a keynote speaker at University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
