Dr Eunice Aquilina

Eunice partners with senior women leaders to help them embody authentic power and lead with clarity, presence, and purpose. Drawing on over 25 years of corporate leadership and deep expertise in coaching psychology and somatic practice, she enables lasting behavioural change by integrating mind, body, and action.
Her coaching is driven by a commitment to supporting women leaders to step fully into their power and make the contribution they want in the world. Eunice’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that leadership transformation begins the self and an awakening to the wisdom of the body. She creates a reflective, trusting space where clients can explore what truly matters to them, develop greater presence, and respond skilfully to complex challenges. Her work aims to foster sustainable change, enabling clients to lead with confidence, clarity, and alignment between purpose and action.
Eunice integrates coaching psychology, somatic coaching, and organisational development to support deep and lasting transformation. Her evidence-based framework, Stepping Into Your Power, draws on decades of academic research and practical experience working with women leaders. In sessions, clients can expect a balance of reflective dialogue and embodied practices that help them access deeper insight and translate this into action. She focuses on building awareness, strengthening presence, and enabling clients to respond effectively in real-time leadership situations.
Eunice works both one-to-one and with groups, creating spaces where women can learn collectively, share experiences, and develop authentic leadership practices together. Outcomes include increased confidence, clearer decision-making, stronger leadership presence, and the ability to lead change with impact. Eunice works primarily with executive and senior leaders, particularly women in complex global organisations. Her sector experience includes financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy, media, and the public sector. She has worked with organisations including ABB, Cisco, Cytiva, Microsoft, Yara, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Boehringer Ingelheim, News UK, Swarovski, and Uniper.
Eunice brings over 25 years of leadership experience, having worked as a Director, Head of HR, and Organisation Development Consultant.
