An EMCC and Ashridge accredited coach skilled in human behaviour, emotional process and systemic thinking. Deborah has held senior leadership roles in Leadership Development, Organisation Development and Transformation across global organisations in financial services, energy and pharmaceuticals. She holds an Ashridge MSc in Organisational Consulting, studied Ashridge Executive and Team Coaching Masters, Advanced study in Gestalt at Metanoia, NTL OD programme, BPS Level A & B qualified (MBTI, FIRO-B, OPQ, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Hogan, Motivation Questionnaire), Future Search and Tipping Point methodologies.
