Caroline Bottrell
Caroline is passionate about helping leaders be the best they can be, to deliver for their stakeholders, the organisation, their people and for their own personal growth. Acting as a learning partner, she offers support and challenge with an equal focus on performance and well-being.
Caroline believes people are the best they can be with the resources they have available to them in any given moment and is passionate about enabling those she coaches to be more resourceful and achieve their goals. She helps clients consider their challenges beyond just their own personal view, as a way of bringing fresh insights to the learning.
Her coaching clients are leaders, at all levels, within the private, public and not-for profit sectors from industries such as finance, professional services, local government, engineering, hospitality and airline.
She has over 20 years’ experience as an in-house senior organisational and leadership development consultant and executive coach. Her work in organisations involves partnering with leaders to facilitate change initiatives. Her approach is practical and useful. She has the theoretical knowledge to back-up her thinking but many years of delivery has taught her that keeping things ‘straight-forward’ whenever possible, helps engagement and followership.
Caroline is an ICF Accredited Coach, has a post graduate degree in the ‘Psychology of organisational development and change’, an NTL Certificate in Organisational Development and is MCIPD accredited. She is a Master NLP Practitioner, is licenced in several the psychometric tools (Hogan & Insights Discovery). She is also an accredited ILM Action Learning Set Facilitator. Caroline receives regular supervision on her practice.
Caroline lives in Brighton with her husband and two children.
