Caroline partners with clients, providing a confidential space to explore and progress leadership challenges. She seeks to help leaders to deliver for stakeholders, the organisation, their people and for their own personal growth.
Known for providing the right balance of support and challenge with a focus on performance and well-being, she builds trusting partnerships that encourage honest and open reflection, as her experience shows, this is where sustainable learning and change occurs.
Caroline believes people do the best they can in any given moment given their available resources. Her coaching helps leaders expand theses resources, through enhanced self-awareness, self-management and ‘giving things a go’. Coaching sessions with her become a confidential space to plan, practice and review development goals.
Her approach is shaped by over 20 years’ experience as an in-house senior organisational and leadership consultant, partnering with leaders to facilitate change initiatives. She has the theory to back-up her thinking but years of delivery has taught her that keeping things ‘straight-forward’ whenever possible, helps engagement and followership.
Her client base is leaders, at varying levels and across many sectors e.g. professional services, government, finance, retail, engineering and nonprofit sectors. She has supported top talent, people preparing for promotion, newly promoted leaders with expanded portfolios and those grappling with team dynamics and implementing change agendas.
Her clients say her approach is considered, calm and perceptive, closely listening for what is both said and unsaid.
Caroline is a PCC ICF Accredited Coach, holds an MA in Organisational and Leadership Development and is licenced in several psychometric tools (Hogan & Insights Discovery). She has trained in Systemic Coaching and Constellations. Caroline receives regular supervision on her practice.
