Lesedi has worked for twelve years in management consulting, specialising in Strategy, People development and Strategic change.
He has worked in Canada, UK, Belgium, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Whilst at Deloitte & Touche, Lesedi was the authority on conducting organisational culture assessment for clients. The last three years have seen Lesedi formally engaged as an executive coach and offering mentoring and consulting services independently through his own consultancy. He has an Honours degree in Economics & Philosophy (Zimbabwe), a BComm Hons in Information Systems (Cape Town) and an MA in Communication & Cybernetics (Leicester, UK). He is currently working towards a professional doctorate in coaching through the i-coach academy with the International Centre for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University, UK. His research and coaching practice is focused on the coaching of black talent into senior leadership roles and on coaching to support transformational leadership in medium and large corporations in South Africa.
