Lee-Anne has worked across the spectrum of the Banking and Financial Services industry over the past 14 years, and is considered to be a specialist in the field of Leadership and Organisational Development. Her focus is on the entrenchment of mental models and leadership practices that drive high performance in organisations.

Leaders in the current world of work need to develop the meta-skills to manage increasing levels of complexity and uncertainty. This requires leaders to deepen their levels of self awareness and grow their personal network of relationships. Lee-Anne’s coaching approach is centred on a facilitated learning experience which develops the client’s ability to engage in deeper levels of self-reflection. This skill feeds enabling relationships and therefore sustainable higher performance in all spheres of the client’s life.

Prior to moving into the field of consulting, Lee-Anne was the Coaching Custodian for Absa. She successfully enabled a fully integrated Coaching Framework that was the heartbeat of the Enterprise wide Leadership Framework. She has been involved in a number of large scale mergers and acquisitions in South Africa (the latest being the Barclays-Absa acquisition) and has rich experience in coaching leaders through the implementation of large scale organisational change.

Lee-Anne is an experienced Executive Coach and facilitator of group coaching interventions. Over and above the Banking and Financial services industry, she has also worked with clients in the Petrochemical and IT industries.

Lee-Anne is a practicing Organisational Psychologist and completed her Masters degree in Coaching through Middlesex University (UK) in 2007. She is also a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and continues to contribute to the emerging field of coaching in South Africa through developing students and providing supervision.
