Former Board level Director, media and telecoms

“James Hutton has been my coach since January 2016. During the time we have been working together he has helped me to examine and acknowledge some of my automatic responses to things and very significantly helped me to ‘unblock’ myself from my avoidance of using my network to help connect with the ‘hidden job market’. The change that he helped me work through directly resulted in landing a new role. James has a very calm presence – giving you both space and silence to talk. He takes information from you and shows you how it all fits together as well as checking on the practical challenges and influences to a situation.”

Senior HR Leader

“James has been my personal coach for the past 9 months and is one of the people who had a huge positive impact on my personal and professional life. James is extremely knowledgeable and has a unique technique of structuring the coaching sessions so that I can discover and implement the key learnings in the easiest way possible. It’s incredible how much I got to know myself through the sessions! James has helped me identify my intrinsic motivational drivers and improve essential skills such as leadership, management and communication.”
