Lisa Gresty

Lisa’s skills lie in working with individuals or groups to drive real behaviour change and deliver improved personal and business results. She has special interests in neuroscience, team dynamics, change management, health and wellbeing and emotional intelligence and believes coaching helps people to survive and thrive in the increasingly pressured world we live in. Lisa is driven by her core values; to make a difference and to support the development of others

She joined the NHS in 2003 and worked at Associate Director Level in both Acute and Commissioner Organisations before taking up a systems level Leadership and OD post in 2019. Prior to joining the NHS Lisa worked for organisations including Cheshire Police, 02 and Eurocamp.

Lisa’s aim throughout her coaching is to support people to achieve their full potential. Her definition of coaching is “A space where an individual or team can be supported to reflect, think, learn and grow and to find solutions for themselves”.

Her coaching draws from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Person Centred, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural coaching models. All of these models assume the client is the expert on themselves and is resourceful.

Clients have commented on how Lisa provides both a supportive and challenging environment where confidentiality is recognised as paramount. They have also reported on her warm and intuitive style and excellent listening and feedback skills.

Lisa has recently worked with clients on issues such as leading in a crisis, dealing with ambiguity, managing change, interpersonal conflict, work-life balance, self-confidence and career development. She has also worked extensively with coaching clients from Board to Ward level in the NHS and beyond.

Lisa holds a MSc. in Healthcare Leadership and Post Graduate Certificates in Organisational Psychology and in Education as well as qualifications in Coaching and Coaching Supervision. She is also qualified as a virtual mentor and to administer a range of Psychometric instruments.
