Learn to reduce stress, stay healthy, youthful and active

The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body method of self-care can be customised to your particular needs – from improving performance and decreasing the risk of repetitive stress injuries to eliminating chronic pain, regardless of what’s causing your pain in the first place.
Join us for 75 minutes of MELT. Working in a small group of 4 - 6 participants you will be introduced to the theory underlying the success of this method before having the opportunity to experience the power of the MELT process using both hands and feet. You will need to dial in 15 minutes before so that each participant can 'set up' with Katie so she can see you well throughout the session. This way we can also work through any technical hiccups before the session. You will then experience 75 minutes of the workshop which will include time for questions. Katie was born in Japan & came to live in London in 1996. She was working in a recruitment office back then and spent hours sitting at a desk (with most likely a poor posture!) and 'my stress level steadily increased as years went by. I knew I needed to bring positive changes in my life and joined a local gym in 2000 as a way to get myself more physically active - what followed afterwards is a history and my Pilates journey has begun.'
