About this Event

In a psychologically safe team, members feel confident to speak up. They feel empowered to challenge, offer their own perspectives and share their personal experiences without fear of being judged or embarrassed. Never before has psychological safety been more important, never before have the conditions to create it been more challenging. In order for our relationships, organisations and societies to be a success, we need to have honest conversations, from race to mental health, in a safe space.

In this i-coach webinar, Caroline Horner will explore with Claire Genkai and Khurshed Dehnugara from Relume and Prof. Ernesto Spinelli their experience of establishing psychological safety in teams and how this has evolved when working online. The webinar is open to all and there will be space to share your own experiences as leaders, coaches and facilitators, test ideas and ask questions.
