Learn MELT to reduce stress, stay healthy, youthful and active.

How to reduce stress, stay youthful and healthy with MELT technique expert Katie Takashima, one of London’s top bodyworkers.
2 December 2020
17:15 – 18:45

The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living.

This full-body method of self-care can be customised to your particular needs – from improving performance and decreasing the risk of repetitive stress injuries to eliminating chronic pain, regardless of what’s causing your pain in the first place.

Group size limited to 6.

Katie was born in Japan & came to live in London in 1996. She was working in a recruitment office back then and spent hours sitting at a desk (with most likely a poor posture!) and 'my stress level steadily increased as years went by. I knew I needed to bring positive changes in my life and joined a local gym in 2000 as a way to get myself more physically active - what followed afterwards is a history and my Pilates journey has begun.'

For Katie, pilates and MELT are no longer just a form of exercise, they are a way of life - body & mind tuned in to produce beautiful music(tone) no matter how old you are....
